We have more breaking news on the Samsung Galaxy S8 phone that is to be launched soon. A video that was leaked just a few hours ago shows the Galaxy S8 working with all the amazing features that are going to be incorporated in the latest flagship phone. The latest video showed the the edge-to-edge bezel-less design would work in the new phone.
According to our sources, Samsung has made some very prominent changes in the design of the phone and intends to totally change the way users interact with their touchscreen devices. We see that Samsung has dropped physical buttons from its front panel completely and are going to provide an edge-to-edge bezel-less display with just enough space above and below the display. This is to keep the phone small enough for handling while maximising the display area. Rumours also have it that along with the S8 with a 5.8” curved edge-to-edge display, there will be another S8 with a 6.2” display on the same grounds as that of the S8, which will be called Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
The navigation buttons will be present on the screen. Apparently Samsung has redesigned all the buttons with Google’s help and will probably keep it just like Google Pixel.
Other radical changes that Samsung is apparently going to make in the design is that they are most probably going to incorporate an iris scanner in the S8, having made the necessary design changes, learning from the ill-fated Note 7. Also, the fingerprint scanner will now be located at the back panel, unlike the previous designs from Samsung.
The display of the expected Samsung Galaxy S8 will be 5.8” Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display, will come with a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. With at least 4GB RAM, 64GB storage mounted on Snapdragon 835 SoC chipset, some reports also claim that Samsung has finally incorporated its own version of pressure sensitive display tech. Otherwise only available in Apple’s devices from iPhone 6 onwards; Apple had called t 3D-touch. If this turns out to be true, then Samsung Galaxy S8 will become the first ever Android phone to bring the 3D Touch technology to its customers.
