Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was a huge goof up. The exploding batteries caused a huge setback to the tech giant, and Samsung had to call back all the devices sold. The problem caused Samsung to delay their official announcement of the Galaxy S8 and S8+ from MWC, Barcelona and it came up just recently.
However, Samsung is far from beat over the incident. An official statement from Samsung said that they will definitely be bringing a new model in the Note Series, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8! In the wake of the same, we found an image, that looks like a schematic of the phablet under making. The story was published by Slashleaks and has gone viral since then. Since the image surfaced after Samsung announced the phone, we have good reasons to believe the Note 8 will be out in the markets pretty soon.
While Samsung said the phone will be “better, better, safer and very innovative” sic, the schematic definitely shows a promising design in making. We’re seeing a curved, edge-to-edge display, following the trend set with Galaxy S6. Rumours have it that the Note 8 will run on a Snapdragon 835 or Exynos 8895 processor. It is also being said that the phablet will have 6.4 inch screen with a 4K resolution this time.
Also, we’re expecting the Note 8 to have 6GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage capacity. A USB-C is also noticeable here. Judging by the bezels, Note 8 too, will apparently follow the S8 and S8+ design, with a physical home button being ditched altogether. Not just that, there’s four buttons on this phone as well, similar to S8, so it can also be assumed that we’ll get a dedicated bixby assistant as well.
Overall, we think the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is very much in plan and is definitely being developed. We believe the Note 8 will come to us around August this year. Till then, let’s wait and watch for further news about the phablet.
