Samsung has been more or less mum about the launch of the next flagship in line. Not many statements, apart from the one from their CEO, back in April had released. The next device in line is none other than Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launch of which is slated to come on August 23. The phone has been the centre of attention of the entire smartphone world after Samsung Galaxy S8 was launched on March 28. This teaser was released by Samsung Mobiles on August 14. Here’s what we have to say about it.
The phone has been in news and rumours for a long time now. With a lot of new things and upgrades on old things expected; right from the Samsung Exynos 8895/SnapDragon 835 SoC, 6GB RAM, 6.2-inch ‘Infinity’ display, to a much safer 3500 mAh battery; the phone will be a delight to hold. Given the amount of ‘rumours’ and ‘leaks’, this happens to be one of the first ever official confirmations from Samsung in regard to the latest device. Although the marketing team had hinted about the phone’s appearance many times in their past tweets and promotional posters, this is the first instance of a straight-forward broadcast communication from Samsung.

All it tells you is about the Android OS in the phone. Also, What is shown in the teaser, however, is a blue coloured line that eventually evolves into the S-Pen and at the end, there’s this image:
We already know that this image is the promotional poster for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The phone is coming on August 23, 2017, with the hashtag, #DoWhatYouCant. The tagline clearly indicates towards the better things that the phone will be capable of, including better control over the UI and communication with the device, an improved S-Pen that will know when its owner is scribbling and when not, and most importantly, a dual-lens rear camera, the resolution of which is going to be 12MP f/1.7+ 12MP f/2.4 with dual OIS, PDAF system and 3x optical zoom. Also, the phone will have the high-speed USB-C port for charging and wired connectivity.
We can’t wait for the phone to be launched. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launch in Dubai is expected very soon after the launch event in China, South Korea and nearby markets. The phone is expected to be priced at 3699 AED. Now, this price may seem steep to many, but given the great features and the great configuration, this much price is completely worth it.
The phone is set to light the stage up. And with other great devices such as the iPhone 8 coming up, this phone is sure to kill all the competition, be it the OnePlus 5, the LG V30, or HTC U11. All flagship devices will soon be seeing low waters. Enjoy the video meanwhile.
