Latest phones from the Samsung camp, the Galaxy S8, and Galaxy S8 Plus are expected to be released coming April-May. The launching of the phones was delayed due to latest battery issue on the Galaxy Note 7 where Samsung had to call back all of its Note 7 devices. They even postponed their press conference at MWC 2017 where the latest devices would have been launched. That, did not, however, stop rumours and speculations from spreading around the smartphone world and tech geeks. On the latest note, we have been able to get our hands on the latest leaked images of this latest heart-throb phone from Samsung. Some of our speculations turned out to be true, some not. Although there is still a lot that is not yet clear, as Samsung isn’t in any mood to let the cat out of the bag before it’s time; a lot of doubt and queries would definitely be solved just by looking at the leaked images. Here is our latest article surrounding the news about the latest leaked images of the Galaxy S8.

Looking at the images, it clear that Samsung has decided to continue its already-a-big-hit glass-and-metal sandwich design. Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will sport the same design. Both, the S8 and S8 Plus will feature a Super AMOLED display along with S8 being 5.7 inches wide with S8 plus being 6.1 inches in regards of their dual-edge curved screens. We are speculating that the Galaxy S8 will be 149 x 70 x 8 mm in dimensions, while the Galaxy S8 Plus will have dimensions 160 x 75 x 8 mm.

Latest design improvements in the Galaxy S8 phones include an iris scanner apart from the now a norm fingerprint sensor, USB-C 1.0 connectivity, a 3.5mm earphone jack (Samsung doesn’t seem to be following Apple Inc. here as speculated). We were expecting a dual-camera lens setup on the back panel of the phones. However, there seems to be no such addition here. There is an additional button on the right side of the phone, apart from the regular power and volume buttons on the left. We’re speculating this might be the shortcut to the latest AI assistant from Samsung, Bixby.
