Asus Tek Computer Inc. is a multinational company mainly known to sell different types of electronic devices like phones, laptops etc. Their new smartphone Asus Zenfone V was released in September 2017. This new model will have many new and updated features that will be attract customers to buy this model. This model is expected to be available in a high-price range and so customers would have to dig deep into their pockets if they are willing to buy this new model.
The Asus Zenfone V will include a 5.2 inches screen with AMOLED display screen. The dimensions of this phone is 146.6x72.6x7.6 mm and the device weighs around 147 g approx. the screen resolution of this device is about 1080x1920 pixels with a pixel density of about 425 pixels per inch and the color reproduction is about 16M colors. The screen is protected from the top by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 cover. This device has a fingerprint sensor front mounted on it and the power button and volume level changing button is located on the right edge of this device. It will also include a Hybrid dual-SIM slot. The only known color in which this device would be available is Sapphire Black.
The Asus Zenfone V will comprise of faster 64-bit Quad-core (Dual core, 2.15 GHz, Kryo processor and Dual core, 1.6GHz and Kryo processor) that will provide customers with better performance on their device and the system is expected not to slow down. The device will also comprise of chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and GPU of Adreno 530 processor.
The operating system is of Android’s latest version 7.0 (Nougat). The internal memory of this device will be 32GB with 4GB RAM and the external space can be expanded upto 256GB.
The camera specifications for the Asus Zenfone V include a 23MP primary camera and a 8MP rear camera. The primary camera is accompanied by a dual-LED flash which would help us to take pictures even in low and dark environment but there is no front flash. The other features for the camera includes Optical Image Stabilization, phase detection, autofocus, geo-tagging, face detection, HDR and panorama. The rear camera as well as the front camera has an equal focal aperture of f/2.0.
The video quality for the front camera as well as of the rear camera is very good and the picture quality is also expected to be very good for them. The videos of the rear camera are recorded at a quality of 2160p@30fps and 1080p@30fps.

The multimedia features for this device include a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers and it supports different alert types like WAV, MP3 and Vibration modes. The device supports MP3 for audio files and MP4 and MPEG4 for video files. The device is expected to have no FM Radio.
The Asus Zenfone V will comprise of a non-removable Li-Ion battery of 3000 mAh capacity that will help customers to work on their smartphone for long hours before their battery runs out. This device also has an option for quick charging where it can be charged upto 60% within 37mins. The device supports 2G, 3G and 4G based network SIM cards and it also supports 4G Volte for better and rich calling experience. EDGE and GPRS is supported by this device. The other features supported by this device are Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Wi-Fi dual-band, Bluetooth v4.2, A-GPS with GLONASS, proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass and gyroscope. It supports HTML5 for browser but it does not supports JAVA and nothing has been mentioned about the NFC payment option.
