The handset comes with IP68 certification for being dust & water resistant (up to one metre for thirty minutes). The 5.5 inches super LCD 5 capacitive touch screen comes with corning Gorilla glass 5 protection. The screen to body ratio is 71.4 % while the screen resolution is 1440 x 2560 pixels which sums up to 534 ppi approximately. The design is available in many colour variants like sapphire blue, solar red, amazing silver, ice white and brilliant black.
With the 2.35 GHz octa- core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, the smartphone becomes a great performer. The Adreno 540 GPU and operating system of Android v7.1.1 Nougat type makes it a powerful combination to attract the buyers. Apart from the multitasking, there will be lag free processing of gaming applications also. As per the configuration, there are two variants available. One with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory while another with 6 GB RAM and 128GB internal memory. The alert types will include vibration mode, MP3 and WAV ringtones. The 3.5 mm head jack is not available in this smartphone. The range of sensors includes front- mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass.
A non removable, Li-ion type of battery comes with the capacity of 3000 mAh. The battery can survive up to 336 hours in standby and 24 hours of talk time (3G). The quick charging facilitation is also there for the battery. There are many connectivity options like Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Wi-Fi direct, hotspot, Bluetooth (v4.2, A2DP), GPS (A-GPS, GLONASS), NFC and USB type-C 1.0 reversible connector. There is no support of JAVA available in this smartphone. For messaging, various options like SMS, MMS, Push- mail, IM and email are available. The network connectivity of the smartphone includes both 3G and 4G.
