Nokia 4 is one of the first Nokia-branded Android Smartphones that’s meant to roll out in 2018. A partial list of smartphones 2018 from Nokia of HMD global has been marked. The default Nokia Camera app has disclosed that the manufacturer of this Finnish Company is all prepping the Nokia 4 Android handset beside the Nokia 7 Plus and the lately rumoured the Android-Go based Nokia 1 handset.

As per reports by the folks at the GizChina, the invention of the new Nokia phone has come out after opening the Camera App’s Apk file, and this includes the Nokia 4 besides the Nokia 7 Plus as well. But neither of the two phones has been leaked yet. However, few latest findings and news say that there will minimum five android based smartphones by Nokia that are meant to be out this year.

Nokia 4 is going to be a brand new handset offering new things with all new and fresh specifications. As per some announcement it is believed to be out in February 2018.


First of all the talking about the design and look of the phone, the handset colour is been kept black and weighs almost 148 grams, which isn’t officially confirmed yet. The phone is a LCD IPS capacitive touchscreen having 16M display colours. The size of the screen is expected to be 5.7’’ that will almost give the feel of slightly premium handset going by the size that premium phone offers. The resolution of the phone is expected to be HD quality of 720 x 1440 pixels, along with 282 ppi pixel density.

The phone is designed in a metal body with a polarized display, and corning gorilla glass 2.5D protection. The phone has a textured back finish means it will not be slippery and hence expected to have a good grip.


The phone will be running on Android Oreo 8.0. Coming to the hardware part it is expected to come with a Qualcomm/Mediatek Snapdragon chipset. The phone comes in a 3GB RAM with Octa Core CPU. Ram size quite big means one can easily load more apps and performance wise also will work smooth beside multi-tasking. The Octa core processor makes it work more efficiently. The internal storage space is 32 GB and it is expandable upto 128 via Micro SD slot. The phone has sensors such as; Proximity sensor, compass, ambient light, finger print sensor, and Gyro.

The performance of the phone is also great in bright the bright daylight. Since the phone has a high resolution, the video clarity, text, and images on the phone are pretty impressive.


Nokia 4 comes with a 13MP primary camera that too with a flash. Video recording on this phone is 1080p. The secondary camera is assumed to come in 8MP and that’s not at all bad as speaking and comparing with latest phones in the platform of Android Smart handsets. The camera of this phone features touch focus, auto focus, face beauty, HDR, Smile detection, Gesture Shot, voice capture, and even low light mode.

The phone is a dual sim phone, and supports GSM 1900, GSM 1800, and GSM 900. The phone supports 3G network of HSDPA 1900, HSDPA 350, and HSDPA 2100. The phone also supports 4G network that includes LTE 800, LTE 2100, LTE 2600, LTE 1800, LTE 850, LTE 1900, and LTE 2500.


The battery of the phone is made of Li-ion along with quick charging technology of 3200 mAh battery life.

Connectivity of the phone includes a 4.1 Bluetooth, besides the A-GPA support. The Wi-Fi connectivity of phone is of 802.11/b/g/n, and also Wifi direct. For port connectivity it comes with a 2.0 Micro-USB port. The phone also has a NFC in its connectivity part. While speaking of Data it does come with EDGE, along with GPRS. It also has a LTE, HSPA plus speed. The phone is featured with a default Google Web Browser.
