Vivo is all set to launch its new smartphone in the name of Vivo X11 on 31st August 2017. The launching date might be postponed to first week of September. The handset will be packing great elements like superb camera, powerful configuration and good battery. So, it is the best smartphone for the population who believes in all in one gadget. This handset will be the follow up of the predecessor Vivo X9 smart phone which was released in November last year. It will be available in two variants (as per the memory size).


The classic metallic body (both front and rear) of Vivo X11 will be coming in black and gold colours. The metallic sheen will make it look classy and will keep the grip easy on the phone making you flaunt the premium quality. The expected weight of the handset is said to be 158 grams which means the handset will not be heavy on your wrist.

Moving over to display characteristics, it will be featuring a 5.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch display with 16M colours. The resolution of the screen will be 2560 x 1440 pixels which will correspond to a pixel density of 296 ppi approximately. For protection purposes, the screen will be coming with corning Gorilla glass with a 2.5D curved glass.


Vivo X11 will be running on a 64-bit architecture and Adreno 512 graphics. The octa core 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor is very powerful and can handle multitasking without any lag. The cherry on cake is 6 GB RAM which makes the smartphone an excellent performer. The internal memory space of this handset will be 64GB or 128GB depending on the variant chosen by the user. The expandable option is available up to 256 GB via a microSD card. Also to note that there are two SIM card slots for the users who love to have two numbers with them all the time and do not want to carry an extra handset.


The main camera features the resolution of 16MP, aperture f/2.0 and a LED flash. The lens will be having features like touch to focus, phase detection autofocus, face detection, digital zoom and auto flash. Continuous shooting and HDR shooting modes will also be available. Moving ahead to the front camera, resolution of dual cameras 20 MP + 8 MP, aperture f/2.0 and exmor RS sensor will be there to enhance the experience of selfies and video shooting.

Video shooting will be possible from both the cameras at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 30fps. The video formats supported will include WMV/ MP4/ 3GP/ AVI/ H.264 while that of audio will be WAV/ MP3/ AMR/ OGG. The handset will be providing access to various radio stations to the user via FM radio and will also have a 3.5 mm head jack.


The Li-ion type of battery will have a very good capacity of 4500mAh (can last for a day when used moderately). The battery is not user replaceable and does not have turbo charging facility.

There will be many connectivity options in this handset. The network connectivity supports 2G, 3G and 4G VoLTE for both the SIM (GPRS and EDGE also available). The wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, Bluetooth and GPS. For wired connectivity microUSB v2.0 is available.

The handset will be showcasing front fingerprint sensor position. Accelerometer, ambient light, compass, proximity and gyroscope will be the other sensors which will be available in Vivo X11.
