Vivo smartphones, which is known for its amazing camera quality has recently launched another camera-centric smartphone, Vivo Y69 in the month of September 2017. The device is aimed to satisfy the quench of all the selfie-enthusiasts. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and has an octa-core processor with 3GB RAM. The battery is big enough to last for a day. The phone is available in Gold and Matte Black colours. The internal memory of the phone is also big enough to store requirements and is further expandable up to 256GB.
Vivo is targeting the higher budgetary segment in the Android segment.
This mid-range phone Vivo Y69 has 5.5inches full HD IPS LCD Capacitive screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The display is bright and legitimate. The screen is covered with a Corning Gorilla glass 3 as a protection from attracting unwanted scratches.
The Vivo Y69 displays a non-metallic unibody measures 6.09 x 2.97 x 0.30 inches and weighs 162.8 grams. Though the phone is little heavy on hand, the sleek and matte body with curved on the edges gives a good grip without slipping it away. The device looks decent and pretty.
Vivo Y69 is loaded with an octa-core processor of 1.5GHz MediaTek chipset and is supported with a 3GB RAM. The device hosts dual-SIM that is enabled with 4G internet connectivity along with VoLTE. The internal memory of the phone is 32GB and this default memory is sufficient to store loads of information. The memory storage is still expandable by inserting Micro SD card up to 256GB. The Y69 also hosts fingerprint scanner as an extra safety feature which is embedded on the home button on the front side. Using the fingerprint scanner, the user can activate the phone in the fraction of seconds.
We already know that Vivo is popular for its camera quality and in Y69 it has provided a rear camera of 13MP of aperture f/2.2 accompanied with LED flash. The Vivo Y69 packs a non-removable Li-Ion battery of 3000mAh which is giving a talk-time backup of 6 hours. The phone doesn’t support turbocharging but can easily survive for a day.
When we talk about the connectivity options that are embedded in Vivo Y69, we will find an updated internet connectivity of 4G with VoLTE enabled in both the SIMs. It also supports wireless connectivity of Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, GLONASS, etc. The wired connectivity options of the phone include micro USB 2.0, and USB On-the-Go.
